- Hungerford Arcade on Tutti Day. Tutti Day is a very traditional and fun day for Hungerford, kept alive each year by the Town & Manor of Hungerford, whom we are proud to say are also friends of the Arcade. Its origins are thought to lie in celebrations following King Alfred’s expulsion of the Danes in the 11th century.
